Yellow Sun Staffing Solutions was founded by Charlie Rogers who is a member of the Mindi Mindi Aboriginal Corporation, from the Djaru people of the southern Kimberley region of Western Australia.
As a Senior Superintendent with experience working for Tier 1 organisations, Charlie Rogers comes with extensive supervisory and site management experience working on major iconic projects throughout Australia within the Mining, Construction and Infrastructure sectors. Charlie is also highly regarded and respected for implementing and managing onboarding programs for Indigenous workers, where he leads the supervision, training and mentoring.

Aaron Wynyard has over 17 years of experience within the recruitment industry.
